LAURA KALB DE IRARRAGORRI
President of Ganar Sirviendo Foundation
Since 2006, she has been a key figure in the development of community impact programs such as Guerreros de Corazón, Valor Rojinegro, and Marea Rojiblanca, linked to Club Santos Laguna, Atlas FC, and Real Sporting de Gijón.
Her leadership has helped consolidate an institutional culture focused on social responsibility, human development, and community cohesion through football.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Communication and has strengthened her professional background with studies in Fundamentals of Sports Management at New York University, as well as the Women in Football program, focused on leadership and gender equity in the sports industry. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability and Circular Economy.
She currently leads the Group’s Social Responsibility and Sustainability strategy, promoting inclusion, equity, and holistic development in sport, as well as social awareness and engagement, equal opportunities, access to sport as a tool for transformation, active volunteering, values-based education, community participation, the creation of partnerships with social and healthcare institutions, and the generation of a positive, sustainable, and measurable social impact in the community.
